February 2025 Market Stats are in for Pawleys Island!
Take a look at the latest trends:
- Single-Family Homes that are priced well are selling and getting 98.2 percent of the asking price.
- We still have a higher inventory of homes for sale and a slight increase in the number of Days on the Market. We have seen a slight decrease in new listings, which are currently increasing as the warmer weather and spring are around the corner.
- Condos/Townhomes show a rise in both new listings and closed sales, and the number of days on the market has also increased. Again, just like single-family homes, if the property is priced right, buyers are getting 98.2 percent of the asking price.
