Knowledgeable and All Around Amazing!

I would give Joanne 10 stars easily! She is knowledgeable about the area, professional, organized, and trustworthy. She really went above and beyond in so many ways. I was particularly impressed during the inspection process, as she made sure I had all of the available information, so that I knew all the possible repairs and costs beforehand. I was so grateful to have her on my team as I started out in my new home.

We worked with Joanne for close to 3 years regarding the sale of our home. Even though we statrted out telling her that we weren't quite ready to list she still treated us as if we wanted to sell tomorrow. When finally told her we were ready to "pull the plug" she worked with us in a professional and efficient manner and had a buyer in a day. We highly reccomend Joanne for your real estate needs.
